Para preguntar cómo llegar a un sitio podemos usar las frases siguientes:

• Can you tell me the way to...? (¿Me puede decir cómo se va a ...?
• How can I get to...? (¿Cómo puedo llegar a...?
• Where is...? (¿Dónde está...?)

​En las respuestas podemos emplear los verbos go, take, turn, cross en las expresiones siguientes:

• ​Go along this street (sigue por esta calle)
• Go up /down this street (sube /baja por esta calle)
• Go straight on (sigue recto)
• Turn left /right into this street (tuerce a la izquierda /derecha en esta calle)
• Turn /go back (vuelve)
• Take the first /second road on the left/ right (toma la primera / segunda calle a la izquierda / derecha)
• Cross / go across the street (cruza la calle)
